What Star of the Month Actually Meant

Getting Star of the Month at GGS was nice on paper. What stuck with me was the week-to-week habit that led there: pick up the messy problem, reduce ambiguity, and leave the system clearer than I found it.

That meant writing the boring glue code, documenting the sharp corners, and asking better questions before jumping into implementation.

Recognition is temporary. The operating system you build for yourself is not.
